Hongkong a hotel restaurant exploded food is not health 12 people suspected food poisoning

According to theHongkong"Wen Wei Po" report, HongkongTsim Sha TsuiHotel Hotel Icon restaurant in The Market suspected food poisoning events burst. 12 people on Saturday (3 days) in the restaurant to eat oysters, salmon sashimi, Tuna Sashimi, tiger shrimp and salad, the diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain gradually appear and have a fever and other symptoms, 8 of them had treatment, without hospitalization, all are in stable condition. Hongkong Centre for health protection, are investigating the incident.

Poisoning include 3 men and 9 women, aged 16 to 43 years old, 4 of them after having dinner at about 25 to 41 hours after a succession of gastroenteritis symptoms; 8 others are in the late lunch after about 36 to 66 hours after a succession of similar symptoms.

Hongkong Centre for health protection, appeal to the public must be personal, food and environmental hygiene, including the use of 2 sets of chopsticks and cooking utensils separately from raw and cooked food, and before eating and after going to the toilet. (source: chinanews.com)
