"Chinese leisure time per day on average less thanThe United States of AmericaOne half, only 2.16 hours, and the Americans are 5.8 hours." In December 8th at the 2012 China (International) leisure development forum,BeijingThe second research center of leisure Mandarin University director Wei Xiang made "Chinese leisure behavior pattern and future economic development" report.

The report from the 104 City China sampling 86000 data. The report says, Chinese every day 2/3 leisure time is static, 1/3 leisure time is negative, and outdoor leisure activities rarely. "Regional leisure content roughly the same, mainly on the Internet, watch tv." Wei Xiang said.

The report also shows, the number of Chinese leisure time, related to the regional economic development level. Leisure time northeast area slants little, and leisure activities are negative, which is related to local industrial upgrading. While the western region the average leisure time is higher, this also with the level of economic development is relatively low.

It is worth mentioning that, in the United States, in the leisure time more long area, people's happiness is also higher.
